Order Processing Time
All Sketchorias phone case orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot modify it once the order is in the shipment stage.
Shipping Methods
We offer free shipping on orders over $39, and for orders under $39 we have flat shipping $4.99.
Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier and can be affected by external factors such as weather conditions or logistics delays.
International Shipping
Sketchorias offers international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary significantly by destination, ranging from 7 to 21 business days. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country, which are not included in the product or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a separate email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking site. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s system after you receive the notification.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Sketchorias is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, international customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our direct control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@Sketchorias.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the carrier, we will contact you via email. A new shipping fee will be required to resend the order. Unclaimed packages may be subject to a restocking fee.
