Returns Policy

Return Eligibility
Sketchorias phone cases may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, used phone cases are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Additionally, any items purchased during a final sale or promotional event are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at support@Sketchorias.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send the item.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Sketchorias error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received by our warehouse.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges
To exchange your Sketchorias phone case for a different model or design, please follow the standard return process. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the requested replacement product. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping charges.

International Returns
Customers returning items from outside the United States are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional import duties. Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency exchange fluctuations.

Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged phone case, please contact us immediately at support@Sketchorias.com. We will arrange for a prepaid return shipping label and expedite a replacement product to you at no extra cost.
